Consumer dispute resolution
The EU Commission has created an Internet platform for the online settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online contracts (OS platform). You can access the ODR platform at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not willing and not obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for links
External links on our website lead to the contents of other providers. The respective provider is solely responsible for this content. If we become aware of any infringements, these links will be removed immediately.

Copyright notice
The content and works created by us on this website are subject to German copyright law. Duplication, processing, distribution, or any form of commercialization of such material beyond the scope of the copyright law shall require the prior written consent of its respective author or creator. Insofar as the content on this site was not created by us, the copyrights of third parties are respected. In particular, third-party content is identified as such. Should you nevertheless become aware of a copyright infringement, we request that you notify us accordingly. If we become aware of any violations, we will remove such content immediately.

Information on active monthly users
As a micro or small enterprise under Recommendation 2003/361/EC, we must determine the average monthly number of active users of our platform in the European Union at least every six months in accordance with Article 24(2) and (3) DSA. This is to determine whether we are a “Very Large Online Platform” (VLOP), which reaches an average of at least 45 million users per month in the EU (i.e. 10% of the EU population). VLOPs are subject to additional requirements due to the role they play in the distribution of content in the EU.

We have calculated the average monthly active users of our online platform in the EU in accordance with recital 77 of the DSA and found that the average number of monthly active users of our platform in the EU is below the 45 million user threshold.

We will continue to monitor the average number of monthly active users of our platform in the EU and report it to the Digital Services Coordinator at our place of establishment and to the Commission upon request.
