If a classic look is essential to you in a Porsche 911, but you also value reliability and comfort, the "G" model, with its sophisticated 3.2-liter engine and smooth-shifting G50 transmission, is the vehicle of choice. Produced in the coveted Guards Red color combination with a black pinstripe interior, the Zuffenhausen model is in good shape with its 231 horsepower. Originally shipped to Italy in 1987, it was brought back to Germany in 2003. The coupe was taken over by its current owner in 2012. According to the seller, the 911 has been driven 145,000 km. From 2004 to 2009, the vehicle was serviced at the Porsche Center Kempten, according to the enclosed service booklet. Due to vandalism, the 911 was repainted entirely about ten years ago in the original color and very high quality. A general inspection by the German TÜV in October 2023 certifies that the 911 has no defects and confirms the historic license plate. A DEKRA report from 2016 attests that the 911 is in excellent condition. According to the owner, the car's condition has not changed since then, and he is unaware of any accident damage.
Originally delivered with front and rear spoiler, the rear lid was replaced by a standard one for aesthetic reasons. The whole body is painted in the characteristic Porsche Guards Red. Apart from normal wear and tear, there are no signs of damage or scratches. Headlights, glass, and rubber parts are undamaged or show no particular signs of wear. The Porsche is mounted on 7 and 8x16-inch Fuchs wheels with polished edges. This wheel and tire combination is documented in the paperwork, as are the 25mm spacers on the rear axle. Optional equipment on this 911 includes the coveted, fully functional power sunroof, a green wedge windshield, and power and heated outside mirrors. The black partial leather interior in classic pinstripe design shows no signs of damage and only normal wear and tear. Originally equipped with a Blaupunkt SQR 46 radio, the old radio was recently replaced by a Porsche Classic radio with navigation system.
The 3.2-liter six-cylinder boxer engine with Bosch Motronic is one of the most reliable and durable Porsche engines and is good for over 300,000 kilometers. No signs of significant oil leaks exist, and a slight amount of condensation on the entire unit is expected, given the mileage. Otherwise, the engine runs very well and strongly. The much sought-after G50 transmission sorts the gears without problems and transmits the 231 hp to the rear axle. The brakes and axles are in good condition.
The vehicle is offered on behalf of the owner.
